Campus Contern is very proud to announce that we have officially received BREAAM in use certification with an EXCELLENT score.
This is the logical consequence of our constant attention to BREEAM environmental directives during the design and construction phase of buildings, but it remains a real performance.
A few practical examples :
- It is possible to open windows
- Access to natural light is maximized
- The circulation in the building and in the parking lots is facilitated and secured
- The buildings are intelligent and switch on the heating and air conditioning only if necessary after complete ventilation of the natural heat. The system will switch off automatically if a window is opened so as not to waste energy
- The luminaires are all low consumption and connected to presence detectors
- Car sharing and on-site services are encouraged
- Waste sorting is all planned for
The most important thing is the guarantee for our tenants that their premises are designed for their well-being and with respect for the environment.
